Mindfulness Retreat

We invite you to join us at Sycamore Spa for the Mindfulness Retreat with Elizabeth Gosselin, Yoga and Meditation Teacher and Author of The Wisdom Deck.  Sessions are open to all, locals and resort guests, beginners and seasoned students!
 
This retreat will focus on mindful movement, sitting, silent and guided meditations.  The practices we explore are based on Eastern philosophies for cultivating a calm and quiet mind, to rest the body, to rejuvenate and to explore more spaciousness in  everyday life. Each day there will be progressive instruction in mindfulness practices and an i nteractive discussion from the teachings. 
 

Retreat Schedule 

 
Friday, October 13th 
7:00–9:00pm Intro to Meditation 
 
Saturday, October 14th 
8:00am–9:30am Morning Yoga + Meditation  
4:15pm–5:45pm Meditation Session 
7:45pm–9:00pm Candlelight Canyon Meditation
 
The cost is $125 per student. Reservations are limited the first 14 guests to register. Must RVSP by Friday, October 6th. Advanced spa and dining reservations are strongly recommended this weekend. Private mindfulness sessions are also available.
