Come savor the exceptional flavors of one of the OC's newest and buzziest culinary experiences, designed to expand your appreciation of terroir food, drink and hospitality. Harvest marries the bounty of the season with the atmosphere and creativity of Laguna Beach into a dizzying array of local flavors, ingredients and traditions of California cuisine.
Our restaurant, bar and private dining room celebrate the storied of California's history of organic farming, brewing, and oenology. Outdoor patio seating unveils stunning Aliso Canyon and golf course views. As an homage to the original homesteaders, fresh-made food and drink are a focus throughout your dining experience, with many ingredients harvested on property. What we don't grow here is thoughtfully sourced.
The menu changes with each season, integrating fresh herbs, fruits and vegetables grown and gathered from our own half-acre Harvest Garden. The new bar is a haven of sociability, featuring an innovative handcrafted cocktail menu, enticing wine list and 18 craft beers on tap—all for sipping along with earnest conversation.
Led by Executive Chef Charles Imbelli, the Harvest team shares their masterfully creative and intensely local take on Californian comfort food designed with food-lovers in mind.

Old Favorites With a Few Twists.
Harvest serves up comfort food inspired by the best of regional and grown-on-property ingredients and the turn of the seasons.
Our delicious dessert menu showcases both savory and sweet desserts for sharing. Each heavenly, homemade delight is whipped up with fresh-picked delicacies from the Harvest Garden orchard, where over 30 trees bear a variety of local and exotic fruits.
As Laguna's new "it" spot, the Harvest bar focuses on bespoke elements: craft production and the blending and aging of unique and indigenous ingredients, enjoyed amid the hum of happy chatter.
Our handcrafted cocktails anticipate the seasons, featuring specialty releases of aged cocktails that coincide with holidays and special events. The draught program complements a full bar, highlighting an ever-changing selection of artisan-crafted drinks. Local craft brews run the gamut from pale ales and lagers to hefty stouts. Flight tasters are encouraged to help you find your favorite among the 18 handles on tap. For wine aficionados, award-winning Sommelier Jesse Rodriquez has hand-selected a wine list of renowned varietals.
The only thing more rewarding than your libation? The stunning 180-degree canyon views from your bar seat, where windows are flung open so you can really take in the awe of overlooking the first tee box.
Our outdoor dining and lounging experience is unrivaled in Laguna. Our firepit allows for the perfect pairing—s’mores and cognac. Join us for ongoing events that change with the seasons. Enjoy our casual fare, while taking in the peace of golf and canyon views, courtesy of Mother Nature's own magnum opus.
Charles Imbelli’s love affair with food began as a child growing up in the Bronx. And like all great love affairs, it's grown even stronger over time, thanks to a continuous thirst for learning and the desire for new experiences and challenges.
The culinary journey of Imbelli, a 2014 Zagat New York “30 under 30” honoree, has included stops in the Pacific Northwest and California along with New York—where he got his start with an under-the-table apprenticeship when he was just 14.
Imbelli has since worked alongside some of the industry’s preeminent names, including David Waltuck at Chanterelle, Danny Meyer at Union Square Events and, most notably, Marcus Samuelsson and the Samuelsson Group in New York. There, he opened American Table at Alice Tully Hall and Uptown Brasserie at JFK Airport among other properties. He also headed recipe testing and standardization for the group and served as the sous chef for Red Rooster.
In 2013, looking for a new scene and a better quality of life, Imbelli came to California, where he helped lead Ace Hotel’s culinary operations at multiple properties before joining the launch of Venue 66, a full-service boutique event caterer in Los Angeles.
After becoming a father in 2016, Imbelli jumped at the opportunity to get out of the city and join The Ranch at Laguna Beach team as the Executive Chef at Harvest. "I’m thrilled to be leading the effort to launch Harvest,” he says, “and I’m excited to share our creative and intensely local take on seasonal comfort food.”
