Our commitment for accessibility
At The Ranch at Laguna Beach, we are committed to full accessibility, diversity, and inclusion across our resort experiences- both on property as well as throughout our digital experience. We are committed to ensure that all of our guests and visitors have equal access to our Laguna Beach retreat and enjoy our highest level of Ranch service. We support incredible local non-profits like Glennwood House Foundation, Flying Hero Club and Anaheim Ducks Foundation that offer amazing experiences for people with disabilities. Our resort is fully ADA accessible including dedicated mobility and audiovisual accessible guestrooms.

Accessibility online
In collaboration with Level Access, we are continuously taking steps to achieve the best practices and standards defined by the World Wide Web Consortium (WC3) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Levels A, AA and Revised Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

These guidelines ensure that all of our guests and users can easily navigate our content, including persons with disabilities and those relying on assistive technology.

Our digital properties are tested by individuals with disabilities who are native users of assistive technology as well as accessibility and usability specialists. Using tools like Level Access's accessibility management platform (AMP), we are actively making improvements to support leading assistive technologies and to elevate our guests and visitor experience.

Our accessibility efforts are ongoing and of highest priority to meet and exceed current best practices as well as to support new innovations in accessibility.
